Dave Hansen
After 13 year's involvement in Sales, Sales Management and Special Marketing with a Fortune 50 Company, Dave researched, wrote a business plan and started a transportation company. With this went the experiences similar to most small business owners: Long days, short nights, endless situations requiring attention and cash flow problems. After eight years of solid growth the company was sold. The buyer had acquired several small companies in the surrounding states and Dave stayed on as a consultant for a lengthy transitional period with the responsibility of coordinating, managing and combining the new acquisitions into a profitable entity. Having been involved with small businesses and owners from many different angles, Dave's insight can prove invaluable when someone decides to make a major, irreversible change in their life by selling their business."The range of sentiments a business owner goes through before, during and after the sale are unique. The financial and emotional benefits of an objective eye and guiding hand through the process can be immeasurable."

Don Mills
Don has been a Business Broker since 1992, when he and a partner started a business brokerage firm in the metro Des Moines area serving central Iowa, and has been involved in 200+ transactions over the past 18 years. He left the corporate world in 1987 and started or bought 5 companies, built them up and eventually sold them prior to opening the business brokerage. After having been both a buyer and a seller, he realized there was a need to create a service that would ensure that the seller got a fair price for the asset he had built, while at the same time fulfilling the desire of the buyer to own a business. In other words "A successful sale satisfies the needs of the seller and the goals of the buyer". He has a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Northern Iowa.
